Colourful Minds: Community Art Exhibition

This free exhibition showcases some of the artwork created by participants on the Colourful Minds course and raise awareness of the benefits of creative wellbeing.

Colourful Minds is an art for well-being course run by Dacorum Borough Council and Herts Inclusive Theatre at the South Hill Centre in Hemel Hempstead. This course uses art to manage stress, anxiety, and social isolation in a supportive and friendly environment. The exhibition runs throughout May in support of Mental Health Awareness Week and Creativity and Wellbeing Week, which take place during the month.
