Sample event image The Natural History Museum Tring is offering a themed tour inspired by the Voyages of Discovery, giving visitors the chance to get up close to historic specimens linked to figures such as Charles Darwin, Alfred Russel Wallace and Ernest Shackleton.

The tour explores the extraordinary efforts made by explorers to collect these specimens and explains how they are conserved and used by researchers today.
