Sample event image Hemel Hempstead Old Town once again plays host to our annual Halloween Party. The spooky spectacular takes place on Sunday 30 October with rides open from 3.30pm, fancy dress competitions from 4pm and fireworks in Gadebridge Park at 7.30pm. Throughout the event there will ghoulish visits from the local ghosts, blood chilling activities for children and hauntingly good street food for everyone to sample.
