Homeless, and facing a terminal illness diagnosis, middle-aged couple Moth (Jason Isaacs) and Raynor Winn (Gillian Anderson), decide to pack as many belongings as they can carry, and trek the South West Coast Path on a year-long journey that will transform both of their lives.
