Herts Roller Derby - Introduction to Roller Derby Course

This four-week course is due to run each Sunday from 4 January 11.45am - 2pm, at Hemel Hempstead Everyone Active, Park Rd, HP1 1JS.

The course costs £40. No skate experience required, and we can loan kit, subject to availability and a £10 loan fee.

In the interest of safety, please note that the session instructor will need to see these details. However, this form will be treated as confidential. Please note that you will not be able to participate in the course until this form is completed in full and returned.
